Registration

As a participant you will be entitled to take part in the following activities:

  • High-level networking event with key decision makers in the Kuwaiti Ports sector;
  • A meeting programme taking place at the offices of relevant companies and organisations within the Port industry, with ample opportunity to present your company;
  • Your company profile to be featured in the participants booklet;
  • Travel and accommodation package (cost of travel and accommodation not included);
  • Local transport.

A maximum number of companies will be able to participate in this trade mission. The fee for participating in this unique event is € 3.750 per company, max. 2 persons per company (excluding VAT and cost for travel and accommodation).

Terms and conditions

  1. Upon registration you will receive a confirmation and invoice for participation.
  2. Payment schedule is 50% advance and 50% upon delivery.
  3. During the preparation of the trade mission, you will be regularly updated on the progress.
  4. To ensure the quality of the delegation the organiser reserves the right to cancel the registration of a participant. In this case no fee will be charged.
  5. All prices exclude VAT.

This trade mission is part of a campaign set up by the Holland Gulf Chamber of Commerce to promote the Dutch expertise in  Port building and technology. This high level networking and matchmaking visit to Kuwait on 11-13 December 2011 builds on the success of previous Port trade missions to the Netherlands.
