As a participant you will be entitled to take part in the following activities:

• Meetings with and presentation of your company to high-level decision makers in the construction sectors of Saudi Arabia and Qatar;
• Your company profile  featured in the participants booklet;
• Group travel plan and local transport in Jeddah, Riyadh and Doha;
• Invitation letter for obtaining an entry visa to Saudi Arabia;

The fee for participating in this high-level trade visit is € 3.750,- per company (excluding VAT, flights and accommodation expenses), max. 2 persons per company.

Terms and conditions

1. Upon registration you will receive a confirmation and invoice for participation.
2. During the preparation of the trade visit, you will be regularly updated on the progress.
3. Payment of the participation fee is to be completed prior to the start of the trade visit.
4. To ensure the quality of the delegation the organiser reserves the right to cancel the registration of a participant. In this case no fee will be charged.
5. Cancellation after you have registered may lead to administrative charges or full charge of the participation fee depending on the time of cancellation and the amount of work we have carried out for you.
6. All prices exclude VAT.

This trade mission is part of a campaign set up by the Holland Gulf Chamber of Commerce to promote the Dutch construction sector in the Gulf region. This high level networking and matchmaking visit to Saudi Arabia and Qatar on 26-28 May 2013 builds on the success of previous construction trade missions to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates.
