Programme
Mission program includes site visits to hopitals and high level meetings with ministries, contracting companies and other market players involved with medical projects
Saudi Arabia welcomes the visit of Dutch delegation to its healthcare sector. Interviews with representatives of the Saudi healthcare market revealed the Saudi interest in getting in touch with Dutch businesses that can assist Saudi with its plans to developing its healthcare infrastructure. Saudi is looking for the latest innovation in design and fit-out of hospitals and other medical facilities besides sourcing for smart medical systems and services. Although the Saudi market offers many opportunities, international companies often face a number of obstacles entering the market such as a lack of local market understanding, knowledge of the procurement procedures and meeting with decision makers. This trade mission programme provides participants with a full introduction into the Saudi market. Through participation you will meet with key decision makers, learn about current and upcoming medical projects and understand the procedures of working in Saudi Arabia.
The programme of the trade mission starts with an intake interview to learn more about your company. Furthermore, in preparation for your trade visit, you will be invited to take part in a workshop on doing business in Saudi Arabia. Mission program includes several high-level meetings with public and private healthcare organisations including ministries, general and specialist hospitals, contractors and other relevant market parties for your business in Saudi Arabia. These meetings are an effective tool to present your company and to meet face to face with key decision makers, who on their turn will inform you about their current and upcoming infrastructure projects. The programme will also feature an optional visit to the Hospital Build Middle East Exhibition and Conference in Dubai. This exhibition sheds light on upcoming Hospital Build projects the coming 5 years in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Kuwait and the rest of the region.
