The fee for participating in this high-level trade visit to Saudi Arabia on 11-13 June 2012 is € 4.500,- per company (excluding VAT and individual travel and accommodation expenses), max. 2 persons per company.

Terms and conditions

  1. Upon registration you will receive a confirmation and invoice for participation.
  2. Payment schedule is 50% advance and 50% upon delivery.
  3. During the preparation of the trade mission, you will be regularly updated on the progress.
  4. To ensure the quality of the delegation the organiser reserves the right to cancel the registration of a participant. In this case no fee will be charged.
  5. Cancellation after you have registered may lead to administrative charges or full charge of the participation fee depending on the time of cancellation and the amount of work we have carried out for you.
  6. All prices exclude VAT.

This trade mission is part of a campaign set up by the Holland Gulf Chamber of Commerce to promote the Dutch infrastructure sector in the Gulf region. This high level networking and matchmaking visit to Saudi on 11-13 June 2012 builds on the success of previous infrastructure trade missions to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait.
